A founder-led studio for businesses that need to look as established as they have become.
Stone + Grain Studio helps service-based businesses, community organizations, and creative professionals turn scattered ideas into a credible brand, polished website, and clear plan for growth. Las Vegas-based, serving clients nationwide.
Before any design, the thinking comes first.
Before designing anything, I learn what your business needs, what your customers care about, and where your current brand is falling short. Good design should do more than look polished — it should communicate clearly, build trust, and help a business move forward.
Strategy Before Design
Before designing anything, I learn what your business needs, what your customers care about, and where your current brand is falling short.
Intentional Craft
Every visual choice should earn its place and do a specific job.
Human, Not Corporate
Your brand should sound like a real person talking, not a tagline.
Built to Last
The work should still hold up after launch week, not just on the day it ships.

Why I started Stone + Grain Studio.
I started Stone + Grain Studio because I saw how often good businesses struggled to present themselves as professionally as they deserved. A business might provide exceptional service while relying on a website, logo, or marketing materials that no longer reflect the quality of its work. My role is to help close that gap.
Clear communication matters to me because it is what builds trust. When a brand and website explain what you do in plain language, the right people can find you, understand you, and decide to reach out. That is the practical, behind-the-scenes work I care about most.
The meaning behind Stone + Grain.
Stone is the foundation — the clear thinking that gives a project direction. Grain is the craft — the detail and character that make a brand feel like its own. I chose the name because that is how I work: start with the foundation, then shape every detail until it holds up.
You work with me directly — from the first conversation through launch.

Scott Cozza, MBA
Founder & Creative Director
I am Scott Cozza, and I run Stone + Grain Studio on my own. That means the person you first talk to is the same person who does the work, makes the creative decisions, and stays with your project to the end. You are not handed off to a junior designer or a project manager you never meet.
My background pairs an MBA with hands-on creative work, so I can talk through both the business reasons behind a decision and the design choices that follow. Over the years I have worked on healthcare and senior-service communications, community and advocacy projects, professional services firms, events and campaigns, and creative work for artists and entertainers. I do not claim a formal specialization in any one industry — but I do understand the practical realities of operating and leading organizations, and I bring that perspective to every project.
I value long-term client relationships over one-off projects. When the people I work with come back for the next thing, or refer someone they know, that is the signal I care about most. You can expect honest guidance, clear communication, and work that balances how it looks with what it needs to do.
